SJEB FC COACHING POSITIONS
SJEB FC has openings for full and/or part-time coaches on both our boys & girls staff.
We are looking for motivated coaches, who hold a minimum of a USSF Youth D license (or higher), with previous coaching experience, in addition to a track record of player development.
Position: Part-Time Head Coach/Trainer.
Requirements:
USSF D Youth License (minimum) for Youth Academy roles and a USSF C Youth License (minimum) for Elite Program roles. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. We do not sponsor Visa’s, applicant must be legally authorized to work in the US.
General Job Description:
The role primarily requires you to coach midweek evening training sessions, games/tournaments on weekends, plus some team management tasks that can be completed during the day.
Compensation:
Pay is based on your work experience, player development history & license level.

Candidates should be over the age of 21, hold a valid drivers license, be SafeSport trained and must pass a background check record.
- Excellent communication, organizational, teaching, and supervisory skills are essential.
- Communicate effectively and timely with players and parents regarding all team matters.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with other members of the coaching staff and administration.
- Plan and execute weekly training 2/3 times per week.
- Implement SJEB FC curriculum in training (tactical and physical periodization and technical training)
- Create a practice environment that is well organized, safe, and fun.
- Create game plans that help players be successful in games – reaching tactical and technical benchmarks and creating a winning mentality.
- Execute and reflect on coaching sessions for assigned clinics, camps and teams.
